Disney Date
For those who are interested in how our favourite seiyuu sound singing Disney songs, there are previews up here. The songs are arranged different from the original versions, which surprised me a little (but I really didn't expect that trumpet at the beginning of 'the circle of life'). I love Sakurai his 'when you wish upon a star'.


O.To.Na Gentei
The cast and character types for vol.3 have also been announced! Kakihara Tetsuya will be voicing an aristocrat type, and Chiba Shigeru an oji-san type. Other than that the third episode of the radio show is now online on the official site, as well as the cover for the first CD.


Kimi ga ofuro de noboseru CD
I forgot all about this, but EM2 is bringing us... personified hotsprings. A total of 8 CDs based on different hot springs in Japan wil be released one CD a month starting on 2012.02.29. The first vol is Kusatsu Onsen, voiced by Sakurai Takahiro. Fujiwara Keiji will act as story teller for all 8 CDs. I don't know what to expect, but I think (hope?) a lot of bath scenes.



Oujisama (warai)
It looks like there is a new Oujisama (warai) CD in the works. If look at at the prince blog on the official site, the Prince of Sleeping Beauty from Januari 24th says "is there going to be another prince??", and just yesterday the front page updated with a message that 王子様(笑)シリーズ 白鳥の湖 (Oujisama (warai) hakuchou no mizuumi, "Oujisama (warai) the swan lake") will be released. Animate lists it for a 2012.04.24 release. Another Prince, more chaos, here we come!!


Hatoful Kareshi
Considering that the first drama CD was called 'prologue' it was to be expected, but now we have confirmation: Hatoful Kareshi First Wing will be released on 2012.04.25.


Toriai Kyoudai
Now that the second series of Shuukan Soine has been released, Black Butterfly has some time to look at different projects again.Toriai Kyoudai was released on 2011.02.25, and now a second CD has been announced. On 2012.03.30 vol.2 will be released, this time featuring a serious older brother (CV: Konishi Katsuyuki) and a 'free and uncontrolled' younger brother (CV: Kaji Yuuki)


Fujoshi no Mikata
After Fujoshi no Totsugikata in which 5 (+1) ikemen butlers helped you on what to do if you are a fujoshi and about to get married, we know get Fujoshi no Mikata, wehere the same butlers will return to help you when you are in a pinch. Sakurai Takahiro, Toriumi Kousuke, Ishida Akira, Okiayu Ryoutarou, Yusa Kouji, and Kondo Takashi will all reprise their roles for this new Fujoshi CD. The release is panned for 2012.02.21


Nego Danshi
And the series continues! Nego Danshi Vol.5 (CV: Shiraishi Minoru) and Vol.6 (CV: Hirakawa Daisuke) will go on sale on 2012.03.28. Apparently we like our seiyuu as cats?

Ai aru Batou
Despite both Animate and Frontierworks both listing Ai aru Batou for months already, the official site still hasn't updated, and I can find little to no information on it, but Ai aru Batou is listed for a 2012.03.21 release. I still haven't found the courage to listen to the first one....


Meiji Tokyo Renka
And another mobile game gets adapted into a drama CD. This time it is Meiji Tokyo Renka, a game that takes place in Meiji era Tokyo. 3CDs have been planned, with each CD focussing on two characters. Charlie (the magician who transported you to the Meiji era) will appear in all CD's. The theme of the CDs is "a date in the Meiji era".


Inu to Hasami ha Tsukaiyou
The light novel series "inu to Hasami ha Tsukaiyou" is getting a drama CD. The series is about Harumi Kazuhito (CV: Sakurai Takahiro) who is one day killed in a robbery. However his love of books miraculously allows him to be reborn. As a dog. While he is complaining that he can't read any books like this he meets Natsuno Kirihime, a girl who can speak with dogs, and has a tendency to do rather dangerous things with scissors. And so their rather strange life together begins. The drama CD will be an entirely original story, and is set for release on 2012.03.07
