If I ever miss a news post again be sure to remind me that I do not want to spend another 3 full days with writing endless news posts. And I'm not even finished yet....
Looks like this is going to be an Animedia special. They produce these things on turbo lately...
Danshi Koukousei Time Traveler Series
Looks like the second CD is taking us to the Heian period. The cast list for this CD is; Hatano Wataru, Ono Yuuki, Hosoya Yoshimasa, Hayami Shou, Matsumoto Yasunori, and Morikawa Toshiyuki (there is still 'and others' attached to that list as well though). Gakken release is on 2013.03.26, for other places it is 2013.04.26. Eh, I guess I already said most of this last time I posted about this CD.
SenKoi
Details about the second SenKoi CD have surfaced. The second CD is the after story for "I Love You なんて言えない！”(I Love You nante ienai, I can't say [something like] I Love You). The original was a story about a junior high school girl and her English teacher.
Kurisu Yuu (? CV: Inoue Kazuhiko) quit his job as a junior high teacher to work at a Japanese school in Los Angeles. I am guessing that you were attending the junior high school he just left in the original novel, so maybe you follow him there? Kakihara Tetsuya voices a character named 'Alex", so maybe we get to hear him talk English?（*＾ワ＾*）Ginga Banjou returns for this CD as well.
The CD is planned for a 2013.04.26 release.

Weekly News Post (part 2)
Joshuseki Kareshi
vol. for the series has been anounced. This time you fall in love with your driving instructor (CV: Hatano Wataru). I love the catchphrase for this CD: アクセル全開な、禁断の恋のライセンス。あなたも取得しませんか？"a full gas license for a forbidden love. Won't you try to attain it as well?". My fangirl heart is also loudly cheering because of their choice of Hatano Wataru for this. The release is planned for 2012.12.25
Toki wo Tsumugu Mono Tachi
Actually the full title for this is 速水奨プロデュースＣＤ Shuffle ～ときを紡ぐ勇者（もの）たち 高校生タイムトラベラー (hayami shou produce CD shuffle ~toki wo tsumugu mono tachi koukousei taimu trabera-~, which translates into Hayami Shou Produce CD Shuffle ~Those who Spin Time High School Time Traveler) While the reading is 'mono', the way it is written (勇者, yuusha) actually means "heroes".
A normal high school student is somehow transported in time, and ends up right in the middle of famous historical moments. The Honnouji Incident, Ikedaya Incident, and attack on Pearl Harbour are mentioned as examples. A guest seiyuu will feature in each story, and so far Hatano Wataru and Ono Yuuki are listed as cast (I am guessing Hayami Shou will voice one or multiple characters as well).
If I am understanding the description correctly, a total of 5 volumes is planned. With the first one being released on 2013.01.24. (whether that is 5 volumes of time travelling, or 5 volumes that 'shuffle' something is still a bit unclear to me).
Sokubaku Series
This new series will feature characters that love you so much that they feel the need to have you for themselves. 束縛 (sokubaku) means to restrain, but can also mean to shackle someone. Which one this will be (or maybe both) we will see when the first CD is released.
Each CD will feature a character with a different occupation, the first one being the doctor Sou Kazuaki (? CV: Hirakawa Daisuke). Seems like you are an incredible klutz and hurt yourself or sprain something so often that you are regularly visiting the hospital where he works. He puts you in a special suite, but this is not just for your safety but to express his feelings as well. The release is planned for 2013.01.24
This is published by the same company as Issho ni Cooking and Joshuseki Kareshi so I don't know how extreme this will be, but to me this sounds like another potential yandere-ish series. And I love it. Also: Hirakawa Daisuke voicing a doctor who loves you a bit too much? Sounds familiar.
Akogare no Situation Series
Time for details about the next Akogare no Situation CD! This time the title is 愛されたいっ (aisaretai, I want to be loved). You are on your first date in a while with your boyfriend Kou (? CV: Namikawa Daisuke). While watching a movie at the theatre together the
viewing suddenly stops right before the final scene. Wondering how it
ends, the two of you decide to rent the movie to watch the end at home.
And inspired by the last scene, Kou decides to propose to you... The release is planned for 2012.11.25

Joshuseki Kareshi Vol.1 - Hajimete no Drive ha Osananajimi
助手席彼氏 - 初めてのドライブは幼なじみ
Company: Gakken / Animedia
Based on: Original
Released: 2012.07.28
Official site: http://www.e-animedia.net/archives/6911808.html
In Joshuseki Kareshi ("passenger seat boyfriend") you go on a drive with your (would be) boyfriend. Only you will be the one driving. In the first CD you take your childhood friend Sakuraba Naoki (CV: Morikubo Shoutarou) for a drive to celebrate that you got your driver's licence.
The CD begins with Naoki picking you up at your house in the morning, and you overslept. He tells you to get ready quickly, saying that it is no use putting on make-up because he knows how you look without it anyway. But when you come down again he is surprised by how pretty you look anyway (I love the sparkle sound effect when you get back).
You first go to rent a car because you can't use the one at your house. After picking one you start your drive date. Naoki his constant remarks on how to drive are annoying, but to be honest it sounds like the heroine (you, whatever) can't drive at all. Seriously, how does one get their license and drive like this? Poor Naoki, no wonder he is scared.
Once you get to the highway things seem to go slightly better though. After driving for a while you get stuck in a traffic jam though, so he suggests that you go to a nearby rest station to grab something to eat. After that you continue your drive (although Naoki switches with you and drives the rest of the way) until you reach your destination: the beach.
Once there you suddenly cling to his arm, which he sees as a chance to confess that he liked you for a long time. Unfortunately your attention is drawn by a nearby cat and you are gone before he manages to actually say it (which seems to happen every time).
Afterwards you go to a cafe to get something to drink, and Naoki gets himself a piece of cake as well. You go all couple mode and try to feed it to him. He takes one bite but says that it is embarrassing so he'll eat the rest himself, and then you suddenly run off (causing him to panic). When he finds you again you are catching to wedding bouquet that was just thrown at a nearby wedding. I was just as surprised as Naoki was when the entire scene happened. But apparently you already forgot all about what just happened and are happily showing him the bouquet.
Naoki ends up driving the entire way back, and when he tries to wake you up when you get back home you somehow end up accidentally kissing. He then finally confesses his feelings, and of course you were feeling the same all along.
I am not entirely sure about this, but from what I know the practical part of getting your driver's license in Japan requires you to drive through a course that is especially designed for this. So I guess that it is possible to get your license without having much or any actual road experience. Probably for exactly that reason, people who have just gotten their license are required to display a beginners mark on their car. This is the "wakaba mark" that Naoki mentions. Officially it is called 初心運転者標識 (shoshin-unten-hyoushiki, "beginners driving sign" but it is often called 若葉マーク, wakaba maaku, literally "new leaves" mark) or simply 初心者マーク (shoshinsha maaku, "beginners' mark). You are required to display this sign for the entire first year that you got your license, although I know people who used it after that as well because they don't drive much.
The story itself was pretty cute. And to be honest it is kind of funny how bad you are at driving. On the other hand Naoki his constant pointers annoyed me; I already get annoyed when my instructor does that, let alone someone else. Naoki is a bit of a standard childhood-friend-who-likes you character, but he is kind of cute.
After the main drama there are several tracks with Naoki saying random phrases. Some were already used in the main story, others are slightly different or new. In the free talk Morikubo-san mentions that he would probably be commenting on your driving just like Naoki, but also that he never dated a girl that had a license so that he would like to go on a drive where the girl would be driving some time.
Conclusion:
I can't take it when someone comments on my driving so that annoyed me, but luckily this stops halfway through and the rest is just a very cute story. I am still amazed at how bad the heroine her driving is though.

Weekly News Post
A news post less than 24hours late is a news post on time~
(I seriously need to improve on posting this on time...)
Oujisama (warai) series
A scene from the beginning of the first date CD can be read on the official site. Besides the fact that it is going to be non-serious and hilarious as always we don't get much wiser though. Snow White, Rapunzel, and Cinderella meet up and talk a bit about the other characters before Snow White want to move ahead with the scenario, only to discover that the other two didn't read it.
Once again they are being blatantly obvious about it that the characters know this is a CD series. Also, I am taking Snow White his statement "that he will meet him [the prince from Swan Lake] soon enough" as a confirmation that there will be more CDs.
Of course there are tokuten CDs as well. Buy all three Date CDs and you can apply for a bonus CD called "Ojisama darake no uchiage paatii - hanseikai hen" ("a celebration party full of princes - review meeting chapter"). Buy all three at Animate and you can get the animate bonus as well: another bonus CD called "Ojisama darake no uchiage paatii - botsu deeto hen" ("a celebration party full of princes - rejected dates chapter").
Penguin Enishi
It has been a while since there was any news for this series. Vol.3 has been announced and is titled "天狗草子" (Tenguu zoushi). A young man who calls himself a tengu shows up at the police station where Ten works, claiming that an important scroll has been stolen. Eventually Enishi becomes the main suspect for this. I am guessing that both the title and the missing scroll refer to the Tengu-zoushi emaki, a scroll that pictures various priets as Tengu.

Kareshi Igai
Look, a Kareshi Igai 4 cover! I hope you had a good reason for leaving him in the first place, because that cover looks pretty tasty to me. Judging by the amount of tracks titled "Haru's House" you are visting his place quite a lot in this CD... Like mentioned before the CD is voiced by Miki Shinichirou, and will be released on 2012.09.28
Cineria
Meanwhile an extra icon has appeared on the official Cineria site. The new icon says "自由研究" (jiyuu kenkyuu, "independent research"), but you can't click on it yet and if you mouse over it changes into 'under construction'. On their blog they tease that they will reveal more details soon. They also tease a bit about the icon below that, which has been 'under construction' ever since the site opened.

Weekly News Post
Sort of weekly at the moment anyway. I should be doing all sorts of other stuff right now, but instead I am writing a news post... lalala.
Also, in preparation for my Japan trip I've re-opened my personal blog (although everything from before is gone). I have no idea how regular the updates will be though. Also, I might post most of the fangirling here or on tumblr. Because my parents don't really need to know all my fangirl moments xD
Kindan Kyuuketsuki
the official site finally updated with more info on the next release: Kindan Kyuuketsuki ~Aobara no Kishi~ ("knight of the blue rose"). Several shops and magazines already listed the CD, but the official site was eerily silent. We now have some visuals with the knowledge that Yasumoto Hiroki will be voicing Rudolf von Weiseheldenburg, the next vampire. You apparently meet him on the battlefield... from where he kidnaps you. But other than that there is little info. Of course we all know what to expect by now. The CD is planned for a 2012.08.15 release.
Meanwhile, Animate already lists another entry to the series: Kindan Kyuuketsuki ~Kibara no Toganin~ ("criminal of the yellow rose") for a 2012.10.17 release. This time it will be Tachibana Shinnosuke who voices a vampire who's name I am guessing to be Friedrich.

Soine Hitsuji CD
a voice sample for Yasuomi is now up on the official site. The voice sample begins like a normal Shuukan Soine CD, but from what he says I'm assuming that he was already counting sheep for you. The way he takes of his glasses, saying that they are "in the way" is really cute too. Go listen to it!!
Fujoshi no Escort
After Fujoshi no Totsugikata and Fujoshi no Mikata we now get Fujoshi no Escort In these CD's two of the butlers will escort you. Exactly what that means is still a bit unclear to me though. Except, of course, more hilarious references and so called 'solutions' to all your fujoshi problems. Three CD's are planned, the first one wil feature Midoriyama and Kurosaki and will be released on 2012.07.25, the second one will feature Goshirokawa and Kikawa and will be released on 2012.08.22, and the third one will feature Akagi and Aoi and will be released in September 2012 (no exact date yet). Buy all three CD's, and you can apply for the bonus CD: a fujoshi dictionary CD by all six butlers.
